PROFESSIONAL FEES
INITIAL EVALUATION
(90 to 120 min): $1700
FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT
(40 to 55 MIN): $850
FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT
(20 to 25 MIN): $550
Payment: Dr. Willson accepts all major credit cards, health savings account cards, checks, and cash. On select occasions Dr. Willson can offer small sliding scale.
Payment is required in full at the time of service.
Health Insurance: Dr. Willison is not a participating member of any insurance panel. A comprehensive invoice (i.e., a “super bill”) will be provided, if requested, that you can submit to your insurance carrier. Many insurance carriers provide some level of reimbursement.
